Here I have collected and made my favourite affirmations available for everyone. Some of these are used in my guided meditations so if you prefer to listen to them I advise you visit one of my meditation pages.
My guided meditations offer a variety of positive affirmations that introduce new thoughts to your already established ones. In time, these newly introduces thoughts will begin to dominate and your life begins to form according to your new thoughts and newly formed beliefs.

It works very effectively if you are listening to it and repeat it (in your mind, or out loud, whichever you prefer), too, but for those who wish to read it themselves I have prepared a list of positive affirmations that are focusing on money and general well being.
How does it work?
Choose the ones you like the most. The ones you feel you could benefit from. Choose the ones you would like to be part of your daily thoughts, which will form your new beliefs. Print them and put them by the side of your bed, one in your handbag/suitcase/briefcase whatever you carry around with you. Print one for your toilet, too. The best place to read your affirmations, as that is where humans can relax the most :) Read them at least twice a day and when you read them, make sure you add emotions to the words. If you haven't got time to read the affirmations and pay your full attention to them it is best to leave it. Well you might as well, because rushing through them with no feelings associated to them is worth nothing. So make sure you focus and feel the words. You can be do or have anything you desire! So you could start by being the sort of person who is receptive to positive changes in its life.
